At the October 28, 2024 Committee Meeting representatives from the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) were in attendance via Teams to give a report on the recent private well test results in Upper Township. "Register Ready"
Upper Township promotes the New Jersey “Register Ready” Special Needs Registry for Disasters. This program allows Township residents with access and functional needs and their families, friends and associates an opportunity to provide information to emergency agencies, so emergency responders can better plan to serve them in a disaster or other emergency.
In addition to Register Ready, residents can also call 211 to register and be added to the database.
