Returning Guards

 Welcome Back!

Letters will be e-mailed on April 10th. Contact Patty Smyth at 609-628-2011 ext 260 if you did not receive your letter or have changed address. If you received a background check form, this must be completed before you can work in 2023, submit your request immediately and turn in receipt for reimbursement. Please check back here for any additional updates.

Requalification and Informational updates:

All Guards will be required to pass their requalification tests prior to starting work in 2023. There will be several days and times to pass the pool swim and all guards will pass the run on their 1st shift of the 2023 season. We also will offer a couple early season bay swims.

  • Physical must be within 1 year and three days of previous physical date, you will be sent a PDF with these dates for your reference.
  • Additionally all guards are responsible for turning in a copy of the following forms:
    Review of Driving Records (Transcripts for Out of State Drivers), W-4, I-9 (see acceptable forms of ID), Receipt of Policy Manual, Employee Complaint Policy, Protection of Minors, Whistle Blower Notification, Gender Equality Policy, Direct Deposit Form(Optional)
  • Any Partial completion of these forms may result in delayed hiring! For your convenience, all actionable papers are in 1 sixteen page PDF!
  • CPR/1st aid must be renewed prior to expiration. Courses will be sent out in May and must be completed by June 24 in order to be paid the hours for the inline course work. Those who are due will be indicated on a PDF sent out.
