The Township of Upper adopted Resolution 49-2025 below. That Resolution will be attached to a declaratory relief lawsuit that is filed on January 28, 2025.

Resolution 49-2025 – Resolution of the Committee of the Township of Upper committing to Round 4 present and prospective need affordable housing obligations.

  • Notice of Special Committee Meeting

    Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A.10:4:4-6, notice is hereby given that there will be a Special Meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Upper, to be held on Monday, April 14, 2025, 4:00 p.m., at the Upper Township Municipal Building 2100 Tuckahoe Road Petersburg, NJ 08270.  The purpose of this meeting is to enter into executive session to discuss personnel matters pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(8).  Specifically, the Committee will be conducting interviews for the position of Township Administrator. The only official action to be taken at this special meeting will be to adopt a resolution to enter into executive session.

    Following the special meeting, the regular meeting of the Township Committee will take place as scheduled at 5:30 p.m.
