Department of Public Works status update

Compost collection:   Truck 1 – Roosevelt Blvd. heading south.    Truck 2 – Butter Rd. heading north

Should your trash and recycling day fall on Monday, January 18th, your trash and recycling will be collected on Tuesday, January, 19th.

Bulk collection:   Tuesday, February 2nd.   Please have your items curbside by 6 a.m. on the day of collection.   We do not collect paint, pallets or building materials.   Bulk items may no longer  be dropped off at the Public Works building in Tuckahoe.    

Strathmere residents:   Bulk will be collected during your trash collection each Monday
