Zoning Board Members

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-25, the Township of Upper adopted Ordinance No. 008-2025, which reorganized its land use boards. Effective January 1, 2026, the Upper Township Zoning Board of Adjustment was abolished, and its powers and responsibilities were consolidated into the Upper Township Planning Board. All matters previously handled by the Zoning Board of Adjustment are now overseen by the Planning Board.
