Hometown Hero Banner Program
Banner Display Schedule
Hometown Heroes banners will be displayed annually from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Banner locations will be determined by Township Administration. Planned display areas include:
- Caldwell Park
- Amanda’s Field
- Beesley’s Point recreational areas
Once banners are received and installed, residents will be notified of the specific location of their banner.

Initial Banner Purchase
$220
- Includes banner and required mounting hardware
Replacement Banner
$110
- For future replacement banners only
- Hardware cost is not included since mounting hardware will already be installed
Banner Size
- 24” x 48”
Payment & Submission Information
At this time, digital payments cannot be accepted.
Applications and physical payments (cash or checks payable to Township of Upper) must be mailed or delivered to:
