DESCRIPTION:Upper Township Green Team Round Table April 30th \nThe Upper Twp. Sustainable Jersey Green Team’s monthly Round Table meeting will be held Tuesday\, April 30\, 2019\, 6 pm\, at the Upper Cape Branch Library. \nThe gathering has been scheduled to allow Township residents to attend this evening session. \nThe Round Table topics will include: \n\nA rain garden project being planned for the Tuckahoe Volunteer Fire Department;\nA Rain Barrel Workshop\, planned for this Spring (20 barrels are now on hand);\nDevelopment of handouts with localized information for the “Animals in the Community Education” Action;\nWaste reduction by promoting re-use programs such as yard sales\, thrift stores\, clothing bins; and Safe Exchange Zones for online selling.\n\nIn addition\, the Green Team wants to listen and learn about resident “green” topics  of interest. \nIf you would like to participate\, please register with the Green Team’s Eventbrite page here: \nhttps://uppertwpgreenteam.eventbrite.com \nWalk-ins are also welcome. \nPlease take advantage of this opportunity to engage with us and help maintain and grow our sustainable best practices here in Upper Township. \nFor questions and other information\, please contact Ralph Cooper\, Green Team Chair\, at uppertwpgreenteam.yahoo.com or call 609-464-0920.
